Returns and Exchanges are free for items in unworn, unused, and unwashed condition within 30 days of receipt of purchase.
To initiate a return or exchange, simply write us at [email protected] and request a return or exchange. We will send you a pre-paid shipping label to mail your package back to us. We will send you a notification as soon as your refund has been processed, or your requested exchange is on its way.
Once the return arrives in our fulfillment center, it will take 1-3 business days for the refund to process. Shipping fees will not be refunded unless you received defective merchandise.
Last Call merchandise will not be eligible for return, but we will accept size exchanges.
Please note that all International Sales are final unless you received defective merchandise.
Price Adjustment Policy: we honor a one-time price adjustment within one week of purchase.
